Terms of Use and Conditions/Store Policies:
By using and purchasing through this site, you automatically acknowledge and agree to our terms and policies. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME: If the item is in stock, order processing time is 1-2 business days during normal operations. If it is an item made to order or pre order processing time varies and will be stipulated on the listing.
ORDER CANCELLATION & ORDER RETURNS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns on wood molds and silicone liners. There is a 20% chargeback for any cancellations, there are no exceptions to this policy.
CUSTOMER CONTACT INFORMATION: We may need to contact you about your order. If proper contact information is not provided, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise with your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order due to non-response and/or non-compliance.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If your items arrive damaged, please capture photo documentation/proof of the damage and contact us immediately and email it to us at wetwmontreal@gmail.com
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties payable on any goods by any International customs authority, all duty, excise duty and other costs which become liable to pay are paid by the recipient of the goods.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PRICES: Please email us for shipping quotes for outside of Canada and USA.
