I bought these molds to make my solid dish soap (primarily coconut oil) with and was skeptical at first when trying out these cavity molds. I have used my own diy molds made from pvc and fittings for over a year and would just cut the soaps with a multi bar cutter. Jokes on me because if you wait even 1 hour too long to cut the log into soap pucks, then you will struggle to cut them and even if you’re successful in cutting them then they come out looking like a dog chewed on them 🤣 (ask me how I know). These cavity molds are soooo much better! It’s a little more finicky to pour each individual mold especially since I’m a dump and go kind of girl ( I mean don’t we all have tons to do?!) but I soon realized that I actually save time, energy and sanity using these instead of my diy molds. July won me over yet again! I used to use my own slab molds that I built myself and she won me over to her molds. Now she’s just won me over on my solid dish soap molds. I can’t have nothing to myself so long as she keep making molds that are better than my redneck engineered molds 🤣. Don’t think about it just buy them because I promise they’re better than any other molds on the market.
